It is assumed that a visitor to the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club has familiarized himself with the general rules of the internal regulations before using the attractions of the Club. Parents and / or accompanying persons are asked to confirm with their signature that they are familiar with the Rules of the Club and the entire responsibility for the child/ children lies with the parents and / or accompanying persons.

If the child is under 14 years old, the mark is taken in the presence of only one parent /guardian. Upon reaching the age of 14, a child with such a mark can come to the club independently, having familiarized himself with the rules and signed in the appropriate journal.

General rules

It is assumed that a visitor to the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club has familiarized himself with the general rules of internal regulations before using the services of the Club. 

The administration of the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club has established the following working hours: from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., without lunch break or weekends.

Before visiting the Club, visitors are required to make a payment, according to the approved price list, to the cashier of the Club and receive a cash receipt.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club do not provide childcare services. The entire responsibility for the safety of the child / children on the territory of the Club lies with the parents and/or accompanying persons.

Parents or accompanying persons must confirm with their signature that they are familiar with the rules of the Club, and all responsibility for the child / children lies with them.

Children under 7 years of age must be constantly supervised by their parents (according to the Child Protection Act). But it is important to know that children under the age of 7 can be looked after by another child. According to the Child Protection Act, this may be a person who has reached at least 13 years of age.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club are not responsible for children who stay on the territory of the Club without the supervision of parents or accompanying persons.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club are not responsible for possible accidents with visitors on the territory of the Club, except in cases caused by damage to gaming equipment and / or attractions.

The use of the Club’s attractions is possible only in sportswear (without fasteners, locks, snaps, belts)

It is forbidden to enter the gaming halls in outerwear and street shoes. We ask you to bring a change of indoor shoes (sneakers, ballet flats) or socks. Being in the game halls, including on the trampoline complex barefoot is not allowed.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club are not responsible for damage related to the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings or material valuables of visitors, including valuables left in storage lockers.

We ask you to transfer all found items to the Club employee. The found items are stored in the MaryMaris Club for one calendar month.

You cannot bring food and drinks with you (except for separately agreed situations).

Visitors must adhere to generally accepted ethical norms and rules of conduct, keep spaces clean and in order, and take care of the Club’s property.

Persons in an unhealthy state (fever, cough, etc.) are forbidden to visit the Club.

Smoking, consuming alcohol or other intoxicating substances in the premises of the Club are strictly prohibited. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from entering. The administration of the club has the right to refuse to enter persons who are drunk.

We ask you to use the game equipment and attractions carefully and prudently. In case of damage or destruction of the property of the MaryMaris Children’s Club, we have the right to demand compensation in full.

It is forbidden to use fireworks and pyrotechnics on the territory of the Club, as well as any kind of programs with soap bubbles.

It is forbidden to enter the territory of the Club with baby strollers and bicycles.

Helium balloons are prohibited.

The MaryMaris Club is equipped with video surveillance. Parents or other responsible persons who are with the child, when visiting the Club, consent to tracking them and the child using the Club’s video cameras and to access the video broadcast on the Club’s website www.marymaris .lv and in the MaryMaris social network.

Photographs are allowed in the MaryMaris Club. Parents or other responsible persons who are with the child, when visiting the MaryMaris Club, consent to the photographing of them and the child by other visitors of the Club and to access photos on the Club’s website www.marymaris.lv or in the social network MaryMaris.

The bracelet loses its effect upon leaving the premises of the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club and / or upon loss of integrity.
